Position Overview : As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying potential leads, primarily through SMS and written communication. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can engage prospects effectively, handle objections with professionalism, and ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality leads. Key Responsibilities : - Conduct outbound SMS campaigns to engage potential leads in the real estate industry. - Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and document detailed notes in the CRM. - Maintain consistent follow-ups via text to nurture leads and drive conversions. - Build rapport with clients by demonstrating empathy, especially regarding foreclosure situations. - Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and improve lead conversion rates. Qualifications : - Strong written English communication skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Previous experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or SMS-based outreach (real estate experience is a bonus). - Ability to handle rejection and maintain resilience in high-pressure situations. - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Nice-to-Haves : - Knowledge of real estate, particularly foreclosures or distressed property sales. - Experience with lead management systems and outbound messaging platforms.
