In surgery, orthopedics, vision, and interventional solutions, we continue to help save lives and create a future where healthcare solutions are smarter, less invasive, and more personalized. **We are searching for the best talent for Business Intelligence Analyst to be in Bogota.** **Purpose**:The Business Intelligence Analyst will manage the data regarding the orders, analyzing the data and provide team insights to Customer Service team, also will be responsible for proposing new enhancements and automation projects for data and analytics matters. **You will be responsible for**: - To manage data regarding orders, generating reports and analyze data, providing insights to Customer Service Analysts to avoid issues. - Managing Customer Service KPIs, as OTIF, Fill Rate, Backorders, Returns, Rush Orders and Complaints. - Training and knowledge transfer to Customer Service Analysts of the main Customer Services routines - Support account leadership with performance analytics that are presented during business reviews. - Monitor, analyze, and escalate data input issues to account leadership teams to ensure data accuracy. - Create and maintain dashboards to facilitate identification of underperforming account metrics. **Qualifications**: **Requirements**: - 2 years related experience. - Deal with multi-source of information - Experience with MS Office - Proficiency in Portuguese and/or english - Programming experience with python, SQL, VBA, Power BI, DataMart and DAX. - Experience in stakeholder management - Good interpersonal skill **Desirables**: - Project Management Experience - Function-wide Initiative(s) - Proficiency in English - Knowledge in Alteryx
