We’re now looking for someone who shares our passion for building meaningful customer experiences to join the Growth team in a high-impact role. Your Mission As our Conversion & Customer Lifecycle Manager , you’ll be responsible for identifying, designing, and executing initiatives that optimize every stage of the customer journey from first impression to repeat purchase. You’ll own projects related to conversion rate optimization (CRO), email and SMS lifecycle campaigns, upsells, landing pages, and analytics. This role is highly cross-functional but also requires independent initiative and strategic thinking. You’ll report directly to a co-founder and work closely with our Head of Growth, Developer, Copywriter, and Marketing Assistant, helping bring performance-driven improvements to life across touchpoints. What You'll Own Management, optimization, reporting, and auditing of post-purchase upsells Creation and testing of landing pages to support campaigns and product launches UI and UX improvement proposals with a focus on driving performance Planning and execution of email + SMS flows and campaigns (Klaviyo) Oversight of transactional, promotional and post-purchase communications Analysis of user behavior, conversion data, and customer insights Building and managing the promotional calendar Leading collaborative execution alongside Copy, Dev, and Paid teams What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in CRO, Lifecycle Marketing, UI/UX, or similar roles within e-commerce or digital products Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices for web and mobile Ability to audit and optimize user journeys through clear wireframes, page structure recommendations, and hypothesis-driven A/B tests Proficiency with testing and analytics platforms Hands-on experience designing and/or managing landing pages and promotional flows with a focus on conversion A strong sense of visual hierarchy, layout, and digital brand consistency (experience in tools like Figma or Sketch is a plus) Highly organized and self-directed, comfortable owning and leading projects from ideation to execution A data-driven mindset with strong analysis skills Excellent written and visual communication skills A customer-first mentality with an eye for performance and growth What We Offer The opportunity to directly shape the customer experience of a growing brand A purpose-driven culture focused on quality, responsibility, and craftsmanship A creative, collaborative environment where your ideas are valued Access to brand products and the chance to see your work come to life In addition to competitive remuneration, our benefits package includes: Monthly stipend for physical or mental health services.
