And because professional development is a key component of our culture, you'll receive coaching, mentoring — and a host of other development opportunities — alongside your invaluable on-the-job experience. **Responsibilities**: - Deliver quality customer service to internal customers by providing them with a single point of contact to report problems and make inquiries. - Conduct 1st level problem determination with the customer, using documented procedures and available tools. - Performing other duties as assigned. - Install and configure all PC hardware and software, execute regular maintenance, upgrades and other housekeeping tasks. Qualifications: - Strong dedication to quality Customer Service and a working knowledge of enterprise-wide service-delivery procedures - Must be able to provide after hours and weekend support as needed - Knowledge or Experience in working on UNIX/Linux and Windows OS. - Knowledge or Experience in managing Network management. - Knowledge or Experience configuring, Cisco data center/enterprise routers/switches - Bilingual, Spanish 100%, English at least 90% - Ideal with Knowledge in Python, DevOps, not required but is a plus. - Knowledge or Experience troubleshooting and debugging skills - Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work well in a diverse. **ABOUT US** J.P.
