We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Full Stack Developer to develop web applications using AEM. Your expertise in front-end and back-end development will help us deliver high-quality, engaging digital experiences. This role reports to the Digital Experience Technical Lead. Responsibilities: Develop custom components, templates, workflows, and multi-site management, including translation frameworks and integrations using AEM for multiple digital projects. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate mockups into responsive web pages ensuring a seamless experience across devices and browsers. Implement server-side logic, content repositories, and application logic using Java, Apache Sling, CRX, JCR, and OSGi within the AEM framework. Customize and extend AEM functionalities using Adobe's frameworks, HTL/Sightly, and client-side scripting languages like JavaScript and jQuery. Integrate AEM with other enterprise systems and third-party applications via RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services. Address performance issues to optimize website load times and overall performance. Ensure security best practices for AEM applications, safeguarding data privacy and compliance. Work with content teams to define content structures, templates, and workflows to streamline content creation and publishing. Conduct testing to ensure applications meet functional and performance standards. Provide technical support and troubleshoot AEM-related issues. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for projects, codebases, and configurations. Coordinate with multiple teams including UX/UI designers, developers, product owners, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in AEM 6.5 development. Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, Git, and Adobe Cloud Manager. Proficiency in developing and customizing UI components with ReactJS and CSS. Experience integrating data and systems using MuleSoft and Salesforce. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, ReactJS, JavaScript, Java, Apache Sling, OSGi, Maven, CRX, and JCR. Experience with AEM architecture, components, templates, workflows, and Adobe marketing tools like Adobe Analytics, Target, Launch, and Forms. Familiarity with third-party system integration with AEM via APIs. AEM Developer Certification is a plus but not required.
