As a Medical Imaging Diagnostic Printing Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and running medical imaging diagnostic printing equipment, as well as training users on its proper use and handling. Key Responsibilities: - Installation and Repair: - Install and run medical imaging diagnostic printing equipment. - Repair medical imaging diagnostic printing equipment, such as Drystars, EOS Fix, Mammography, CR, DR, and others. Training and Support: - Train users in the use and handling of equipment to ensure proper operation and minimize failures. - Provide remote support to dealers for installations and repairs. - Moderate customers on possible problem solutions related to equipment use. Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Electronic and Communications Engineering or a related field. - At least one year of experience in a similar position with customer service skills. Required Skills: - Strong technical knowledge of analogue and digital devices, mechanics, and networking. - Proficiency in MS Office (Intermediate-Advanced) and Lotus Notes. - CRM software knowledge preferred. - Excellent customer focus, interpersonal relationships, and service attitude.
