You'll manage a team of Senior Foremen, ensuring all structural activities are planned, resourced, executed, and handed over to the highest technical and safety standards. Your role is critical to coordinating construction efforts, maintaining productivity, and upholding ALEC's commitment to quality and environmental compliance.About Your TeamYou'll report to the Section Manager and lead teams of Senior Foremen, Foremen, and labour across various structural disciplines.
