Role Description We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our team in Bogotá, D.C. This is a full-time hybrid role, allowing you to work from home two days per week. You will contribute to the development and optimization of our internal platforms and financial systems. You will also be involved in enhancing and maintaining our website and custom-built financial tools. This role requires expertise in .NET technologies, with experience in both backend and frontend development. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications using .NET C# and Angular. Design, create, and optimize RESTful APIs and system integrations. Architect scalable and sustainable solutions while ensuring performance and security. Implement DevOps best practices, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and deployment automation. Work with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes or Azure AKS). Monitor and optimize applications in production environments. Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to ensure high-quality deliveries. Write unit and integration tests to maintain code robustness. Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices. Requirements: Strong experience in backend development with .NET Core and C#. Knowledge of Angular (latest versions) or React. Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL), CosmosDB, and caching systems like Redis. Hands-on experience in DevOps: CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and automation. Experience with Docker. Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT). Experience with logging, monitoring, and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, Application Insights). Proficiency in automated testing practices (xUnit, NUnit, Jest for Angular).
