As an organization, we are united through trust as an inclusive and diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. **What a typical day will look like** The Senior Consultant Business Intelligence - Analytics will support the implementation of the sales process through the definition of Local Market Planning - LMP, defining the prospect profile for the front line sales teams and will deliver data and analytics to senior leadership through the development of dashboards that help them make better decisions and manage new business risks and opportunities. - Meet business budget New New Andean = 10M USD & New Add Andean = 3.6M USD - Provide business insights through analytics to focus the sales team on prospects that fit the target customer segment and search for new business opportunities. - Identify business potential (Local Market Planning) through internal and external database processing. - Construction of commercial profiles categorized by potential to focus commercial teams. - Validation and assignment of leads (inside/pre-sales). - Aligned with growth priorities is responsible for validating business intent and buyer criteria before the lead is assigned to the appropriate business manager (based on clear lead scoring and clear MQL to SQL criteria). - Deliver sales toolkits to ensure the rigor of the sales process to contact and convert leads into customers. - Manage and track the Sales Funnel from SQL to closed won or un-won. - Assist sales leaders and their teams to develop Aon's competitive positioning for key solutions/priorities along with Insights and marketing growth. - Use competitive information to inform growth planning and development of GROWTH PLAYS/growth priorities. - Analyze market and portfolio mapping participation as part of the start-up phase of marketing campaigns and programs. **Skills and experience that will lead to success** - Experience: Minimum 3 years - Technical Knowledge: Database Integration - Studies and/or specialties: Business Administration, Engineering or related fields. - Languages: Upper Intermediate English - Technological tools: Advanced Excel, Power BI, CRM management. **How we support our colleagues** In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
