The Opportunity We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support our operations team and help keep our projects organized, efficient, and client-ready. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to two years of professional experience who is eager to grow within the dynamic world of outdoor advertising. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure the smooth execution of our billboard operations—from scheduling to reporting—while gaining valuable hands-on experience in project coordination and operational support. Key Responsibilities Coordinate scheduling for billboard installations, removals, and maintenance activities. Manage daily scheduling of dynamic and static digital billboard content. Collect and organize Proof of Performance (POP) reports for both internal and client use. Create and maintain detailed specification documents for billboard locations. Organize, file, and manage operational documents and project paperwork. Track inventory of materials such as vinyls and hardware, coordinating restocks when necessary. Communicate clearly and efficiently with internal teams and external partners. Maintain project timelines and support in resolving operational challenges as they arise. Update project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and assist in preparing reports. Provide general support to the operations team on various administrative and logistical tasks. What We’re Looking For Recent graduate or candidate with up to 2 years of relevant work experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media Studies, or a related field. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust quickly to shifting priorities. Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management platforms like Monday.com. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level). Self-starter who is proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
