Job Title: Bilingual Intake Specialist Location: Remote or On-site Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) Languages Required: Fluent in English and Spanish Start Date: Immediate About the Role Solvo Global is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Intake Specialist to support one of its legal sector clients. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about delivering excellent client service. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a key role in evaluating potential cases and managing the onboarding process. Responsibilities - Conduct intake calls to assess legal situations of prospective clients - Filter callers based on case type, urgency, and eligibility for free or paid consultations - Process payments for consultations when applicable - Schedule appointments for qualified clients - Conduct basic research to evaluate the merit of claims - Confirm case alignment with the client’s practice areas - Onboard new clients by completing intake paperwork and setting up case files - Maintain accurate client records in internal systems - Provide general administrative support as needed Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of experience in a legal, administrative, or customer service role - Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) - Strong communication and client service skills - Experience in sales or client follow-up is a plus - Comfortable handling payment processing and confidential information - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Ability to work independently in a remote or office-based setting - Tech-savvy and open to learning new systems (training provided) Work Environment Remote or office-based.
