Position Overview: TheHuman Resources Operations Lead will be responsible for keeping theteam organized, tracking important events like hiringanniversaries, and improving employee engagement strategies. Thisrole requires someone highly motivated, detail-oriented, andskilled in task tracking, process documentation, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: - Track employee milestones (hiringanniversaries, onboarding, offboarding) and ensure timelyrecognition. - Develop and implement task-tracking systems toimprove HR organization. - Maintain and refine HR documentation,including policies and procedures. - Assist in onboarding newemployees, ensuring a smooth transition. - Brainstorm and implementemployee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workenvironment. - Organize and manage company-wide HR events andcommunications. Qualifications & Skills: - Strongorganizational and task-tracking skills. - Proficiency with GoogleDrive/Google Suite and Notion. - Ability to improve and maintain HRdocumentation (P&P;, policies, etc.). - Highly motivated,proactive, and detail-oriented. - Strong internal communicationskills (no external customer-facing responsibilities). Nice-to-HaveSkills: - Experience in HR administration or employee engagement. -Creative and strategic thinking in improving team culture andprocesses.
