Job Description This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Improvement Professional, where you will play a critical role in enhancing the quality of our properties and delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead property inspections, develop detailed Property Improvement Plans (PIPs), and manage construction processes from inception to completion. As a Project Improvement Professional, you will work closely with owners, AD&C; leaders, and other stakeholders to drive return on investment and guest satisfaction. Your Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough property inspections to identify areas for improvement and prepare comprehensive PIP reports outlining current conditions and required upgrades. - Develop and implement effective project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget execution, while maintaining high-quality standards. - Collaborate with project teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure compliance with brand standards, drawings, and specifications review, value engineering, and materials selection. Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need: - Four (4) years of experience in hospitality architecture, design, engineering, or construction. - Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on quality, timeliness, and budget management. - Strong understanding of local building codes, European, and International (NFPA) Fire Life Safety codes. - Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, construction project programming, and AutoCAD software. - Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish. - Ability to travel 50% or more.
