We are looking for a Team Leader to provide support to the production floor by supervising, coaching and developing a team of agents, in order to ensure compliance with the metrics, processes and policies established by the client and Accedo. Main tasks: 1) Lead a team of up to 18 Team Members. 2) Conduct coaching/counseling sessions. 3) Fully comply to applicable regulatory requirements, policies and procedures established by Accedo and any of its clients. 4) Perform other functions as directed by immediate superior. **Requirements**: 1+ years of experience as Team Leader/Team Supervisor in a bilingual call center. Advanced english skills.
