The company is scaling rapidly and requires a skilled finance leader to oversee multi-currency transactions, optimize financial processes, and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Position Overview: We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial operations, manage global transactions, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate financial reporting. Experience with multi-currency payments, reconciliations, and tax coordination in an e-commerce environment is essential. The role involves collaboration with the CPA and executive leadership, with potential future work alongside a fractional CFO. Key Responsibilities: Daily Operations: Oversee payment service provider (PSP) pay-ins, supervise seller payouts, manage QuickBooks, handle sales tax processes, resolve payment flow issues, and maintain real-time financial visibility. Weekly Oversight: Lead accounts payable and cash flow management, provide weekly balance reports, and prepare executive dashboards. Monthly Duties: Perform bank reconciliations, ensure timely month-end close, and collaborate on financial reviews. Annual and Compliance Responsibilities: Coordinate year-end financials and tax filings, support audits. Strategic Financial Management: Optimize payment systems, negotiate financing, identify cost savings, and support future CFO integration. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Fast, accurate seller payouts Secure, well-documented payment processing Timely, CPA-approved financial reports Effective communication with stakeholders Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred) 3-5 years of financial management experience, ideally in e-commerce or marketplace environments Proficiency in QuickBooks and multi-currency payment platforms Strong knowledge of A/P, cash flow, PSP reconciliation, and tax compliance Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving strategies Experience with Avalara or similar tax compliance software Nice-to-Haves: Experience managing PSPs for e-commerce or marketplaces Background in year-end close and tax return coordination Proven success in cost-saving initiatives Ability to manage short-term A/P challenges Note: To ensure prompt processing of your application, please submit your resume and an introductory video in English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
