The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a key member of the Executive Team, reporting directly to the CEO. This role is responsible for leading and coordinating the non-academic operations of Schiller International University, ensuring optimal performance, operational consistency, and support for academic excellence and student success. The COO will work cross-functionally to align resources, systems, and people with the strategic vision of the university. Responsibilities include: Campus Operations: Ensure high-quality campus operations, student services, local compliance, and alignment with university-wide strategies. Workforce Development: Develop a dynamic, performance-driven, and values-aligned workforce across all campuses. Financial Management: Enable sound financial planning, control, and reporting to support institutional sustainability and growth. Operations & Facilities: Ensure the university’s physical and operational infrastructure supports a safe, sustainable, and engaging learning environment. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent. Proven senior leadership experience in multi-site or international higher education or service-based organizations.
