Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth within assigned territory - Build and maintain C-level relationships across client organizations - Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts - Lead solution design and proposal development for complex training programs - Conduct detailed training needs assessments and ROI analyses - Create and present executive-level business proposals and presentations - Collaborate with subject matter experts to design custom training solutions - Forecast sales activities and revenue pipeline with 90%+ accuracy - Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts - Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction and retention Required Qualifications - 3-5 years of successful B2B enterprise sales experience - Proven track record of consistently exceeding $2M+ annual quotas - Experience managing 10+ strategic accounts simultaneously - Advanced knowledge of solution selling methodologies - Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training technologies - Excellent negotiation and closing skills - Superior presentation and communication abilities - Expert-level proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or related field
