About the Role - This hybrid role combines hands-on QA testing (automation and manual) with agile team leadership, including Scrum Master or lightweight project management responsibilities. - This is ideal for a candidate who balances strong technical QA skills with the ability to lead agile ceremonies, track sprint goals, and drive delivery outcomes in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities - Contribute directly to test strategy and execution for a scoped system within a defined project. - Design, implement, and maintain automated test cases across UI and API layers. - Execute and track manual testing efforts, including regression, exploratory, and smoke testing. - Collaborate with developers and product managers to translate requirements into clear test coverage. - Ensure product quality, reliability, and performance through scalable and repeatable testing practices. - Use CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions and ArgoCD to integrate testing workflows into the delivery pipeline. - Monitor application behavior and errors using tools like DataDog to inform test improvements. - Document and communicate testing strategies, findings, and release readiness. - Facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives), and help drive team focus and accountability. Requirements - Strong technical QA skills with knowledge of automation frameworks and tools. - Experience with agile methodologies and Scrum Master certification. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams. - Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
