Your Role As a Gensler Human Resources BusinessPartner, you will have a broad responsibility of working directlywith team members and executive leadership in supporting the Bogotáoffices of 60 + people. This is an opportunity to be part ofbuilding a strategic HR service model in a creative andcutting-edge environment. As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) you workclosely with leadership to deliver HR solutions and strategies thatsupport business objectives. You will make an impact by leading theimplementation of HR programs and advising leaders on their peoplematters. You will be the day-to-day contact for our businessleaders to understand organizational needs and provide HR guidanceand solutions that align with company goals; it includes employeebenefits, HRIS, compensation, retirement plans, legal compliance,mobility, and policies & procedures. You like to collaborateand communicate and will interact significantly with your localExecutive Team, Regional HR Director, Regional HR Team, TalentDevelopment, and Talent Acquisition teams. You are a unique blendof strategic thinker, team player, and operational guru. What YouWill Do - Advise and coach local leadership on people mattersrelated to performance management and employee relations. -Advocate for team members, be a trusted and confidential advisorand suggest best practices to enhance employee experience and leadindustry. - Act as a liaison between employees and leadership toensure clear communication and resolve conflicts. - Facilitateeffective staffing among staff by leading meetings, creatingreports, and proactively circulating available staff. - MaintainHRIS data, perform audits, and create reports for leadership,showcasing key metrics like turnover, retention, and engagement. -Work to create an inclusive and positive work environment whereemployees feel valued, supported, and empowered. - Develop programsthat enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and well-being,aligning these programs with the company’s cultural goals. -Facilitate regular surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanismsto gauge employee engagement levels and identify areas forimprovement. - Lead and support employees through change,minimizing resistance and ensuring alignment with company goals. -Provide guidance and leadership to managers on maintaining cultureand managing change effectively within their teams. - Support thefull life cycle of the employee from onboarding, leave, exit, andretirement. - Advise leadership regarding compensation and rewardprograms. - Educate employees about benefit programs and liaisewith firm-wide benefit team. - Facilitate global mobility ofemployees with transfer, relocation, and visa processing. - Assistin developing performance management tools, formalizing successionplanning, and proactively developing staff and leadership. - Createand/or roll out talent development and training programs andprocesses. - Partner with HR team colleagues to create and innovateHR practices. Your Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in humanresources or related area required. - 8 + years of Human Resourcesexperience, with at least 2+ years in an HRBP or strategic HR role. - Ability to work with various levels of employees, from staff tosenior management. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidentialinformation with discretion. - Strong organizational and projectmanagement skills. - Working knowledge of employment law andcompliance regulations. - Experience working in a ProfessionalServices environment. - Exceptional communication, interpersonal,and problem-solving skills. - Advanced MS Office proficiencypreferred, particularly Excel. - Experience with Workday and Taleopreferred. - Ability to produce timely deliverables and managemultiple and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment. -Ability to work independently, navigate, and maintain productivityin a matrix environment. - Strong customer service orientation, ateam player with the ability to establish collaborative workingrelationships.
