You’ll be the driving force behind their online presence, bringing together graphic design, SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing, blog writing, and review management to deliver measurable growth. If you love wearing many hats, balancing creativity with data-driven decision-making, and seeing your work directly impact client success, this is the role for you. Responsibilities: - Plan, create, and manage social media content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) - Design high-quality graphics for digital campaigns, email, websites, and advertising - Write engaging blog posts, SEO magnet pages, and email campaigns tailored to client goals - Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, Hulu, Spotify, and Spectrum - Monitor and respond to online reviews on Google, Yelp, and Facebook with professionalism and brand alignment - Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance; adjust strategies based on KPIs and data insights - Maintain brand consistency across all client channels and campaigns - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices - Ensure all marketing activities comply with U.S. financial industry regulations and accessibility standards - Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with client business objectives Qualifications: - Proficiency in written and spoken English required - 2–4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in financial services or another highly regulated industry - Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital ad platforms (Hulu, Spotify, and Spectrum experience is a plus) - Strong copywriting and content creation skills for social media, blogs, SEO, and email marketing - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered) - Experience with tools such as: - Meta Business Suite - LinkedIn Business Suite - Sprout Social - Monday.com - Critical Impact - Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) - Google My Business - Google Analytics 4 (GA4) - Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite - B2B2C marketing experience is a strong plus - Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously Job Type: Full-time Location: Bogotá, Colombia (on-site) A criminal background check is required.
