Job Title: Recruiter Location: remote/hybrid options Employment Type: Full-time Salary : $350- $650 per month We are a dynamic digital marketing agency specializing in delivering innovative marketing solutions to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and proactive recruiter to join our team and help us attract top-tier talent in the digital marketing industry. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract qualified candidates for roles in digital marketing, including social media strategists, content creators, SEO/SEM specialists, Sales Managers, and more. Source candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks. Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for next steps. Employer Branding: Promote the agency's brand to potential candidates through effective communication and marketing of company culture and values. Participate in events, webinars, and campaigns to enhance employer visibility. Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely updates to candidates and internal stakeholders. Collaboration and Strategy: Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions. Create and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Requirements Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency environment. Strong understanding of digital marketing roles and industry trends. Proficient in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and job boards. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Creative problem-solving skills for sourcing and attracting top talent.
