Role Overview: We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Influencer Campaign Assistant to support our Influencer Marketing team in streamlining operations across product fulfillment, content tracking, and performance reporting. In this role, you’ll be essential to ensuring seamless campaign execution by managing backend tasks, maintaining up-to-date performance data, and coordinating logistics across our expanding network of influencer partnerships. Your responsibilities: 1. Product Fulfillment & Tracking - Process all product orders for influencer partners upon receipt of order form submissions - Coordinate with the shipping team to monitor deliveries and share updates with internal stakeholders - Ensure timely communication of tracking information and order statuses 1. Campaign Tracking & Live Content Updates - Maintain and update the Live Posts tab daily or every other weekday (Monday–Friday) with: - Key creative messaging for each piece of content that goes live - Conversion and click-through data as it becomes available - Links to live posts along with corresponding performance metrics - Collaborate with the Campaign Execution Lead and team to ensure updates are accurate and consistent 1. Performance Metrics & Reporting - Upload all organic content metrics provided by the execution team - Work closely with the Campaign Execution Lead to ensure accurate and timely entry of conversion data into backend tracking tools - Support ongoing reporting cycles by ensuring all data is clean, accurate, and up to date Requirements - Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills - Proven experience in a Virtual Assistant, Campaign Coordinator, or Operations Support role (experience supporting marketing teams with data entry is a plus) - Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills - Tech-savvy and comfortable using project management tools such as Google Sheets, Slack, Airtable, Notion, and others - Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environments Nice to have: - Solid understanding of influencer marketing workflows, creator campaigns, and/or eCommerce logistics - Familiarity with tracking UTM performance and analyzing organic content metrics
