**Key Account Manager - Colombia** Are you an expert in managing key accounts within the pharmaceutical industry? Do you have a knack for building strong business relationships and driving sales growth? We are looking for a candidate with significant experience in key account management roles within the retail pharmaceutical sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for: - Managing and developing business relationships with key clients in pharmacy chains and distributors for independent pharmacies. - Implementing negotiation strategies, portfolio management, and point of sale execution aligned with the company's commercial strategy. - Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities for the business. - Representing the organisation to promote and sell its products to key clients. The ideal candidate will possess: - A minimum of 7 years of experience in key account management roles within the pharmaceutical industry. - Strong knowledge of the pharmacies business model and key clients within the Colombian market. - Experience in eCommerce within the Colombian market. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
