Roll up each activity cost into the total operational cost of the crop Receive crops into internal processing facilities from internal or external farms and capture weight, grade, and quality results Integrate crop contracts entered in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Grower Pricing and Payments for accurate crop pricing and adjustments Responsibilities Provide operational support in JDE Grower Level 2 and Level 3 tickets Provide resolution within prescribed SLA for incidents Ensure operational quality for all issues related to Grower functionality Collaborate to ensure quality of other integrating JDE functions Exhibit and deploy strong configuration experience in JDE Grower Analyze functional requirements Provide functional and operational expertise for major and minor GAPs/change requests Support major change requests and ensure timely deployment of solutions Implement approved change requests, perform unit, integration, UAT testing, and provide results Conduct effective daily to weekly operational reviews with the project management team and report status to ERP lead Required Languages: Fluent advanced English (96-100%) Job location(s): Remote, Colombia #J-18808-Ljbffr
