Objective: This is a global role within the WES People organization, responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of people services to Worley's markets by partnering with the People Services provider (Capgemini) and supporting the WES Service Delivery Manager. Responsibilities: Work closely with the WES Service Delivery Manager and the Service Provider to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate delivery of People services. Maintain knowledge documents according to the designed framework. Participate in daily BAU calls to address operational challenges. Monitor performance metrics through SLA and KPI reporting. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance employee experience and process effectiveness. Collaborate with People Advisors/Specialists to design processes, prepare SOPs, and support improvements. Support transactional queries and serve as the first point of contact for service issues. Assist in identifying training needs for Service Delivery Agents and develop action plans. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Administrative or related fields. - 8 years of experience in processes from Hire to Retirement, Shared Services, GBS, or Outsourcing. - Experience in Service Delivery within large, complex global organizations or providers. - Familiarity with KPOs/BPOs. - Deep knowledge of Hire to Retire processes, especially in Workforce Administration or Compensation/Payroll and Benefits Administration.
