What You'll Do - Manage 5–7 client accounts (primarily DTC eCommerce) from onboarding to quarterly strategy reviews - Act as a strategic partner for clients — anticipating needs, solving problems, and offering insights - Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and technical strategists to deliver high-quality work - Review Klaviyo campaigns, QA assets, and translate data into actionable recommendations - Track performance and prepare concise, results-focused reports Requirements Who You Are - 1+ year managing client accounts or projects (agency and eCommerce background preferred) - Excellent written and verbal English skills - Proactive and dependable — you own your work from start to finish - Comfortable with Klaviyo, Slack, Google Workspace, Trello/Notion — or a fast learner - Able to work 3–4 hours/day within CET core hours (10am–2pm or 3pm–7pm CET) Bonus Points - Experience with email marketing strategy or content creation - Comfortable interpreting data and communicating insights - You know how to stay on top of things without needing hand-holding Benefits Why You’ll Love It Here - Real ownership over your projects and growth path - Learning stipend and leadership-track opportunities - A Supportive, smart, and creative team How to Apply - Submit your application and answer the brief screening questions
