About this position: Commercial Business Developers provide an analytical and strategic outlook throughout the entirety of the purchase process of our properties; while directly assisting our real estate agents. Your responsibilities will include: Use innovative commercial strategies and communication skills to interact with clients. Clients tour agenda management. Generate personalized reports based on critical analysis of our CRM database, and use them to develop strategies for effective client follow-up and achieving sales. Post-sale customer service. Requirements: Full weekend availability (2 days off on weekdays). Bilingual sales, business development, or commercial data analysis (+3 years). Previous experience handling CRM platforms is highly desirable. Previous experience using data analysis and AI platforms is desirable. Our job conditions: 100% remote. 40 hours per week. No calls.
