Title: Trainer AFR Location: GSC BOG As an Expert with the Business Support Service Line at DHL Global Forwarding Freight (DGFF) Global Service Center (GSC), you will be responsible for delivering training for Air products. You will support our Country Training teams by handling training and administrative tasks within specified timelines and quality standards, aligned with business objectives and DHL group guidelines. Key Responsibilities Understand customer and stakeholder interests; advise station operators on TMS (Transport Management System). Serve as a primary contact for internal users with technical or administrative issues related to TMS. Maintain and implement standards, systems, and processes for training delivery and administration support. Encourage acceptance of new concepts and practices among subject matter experts. Manage actions, escalate issues when necessary, and document push-back when required. Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth organizational transitions, including training staff on new policies, procedures, and technologies. Report issues to senior stakeholders and collaborate with Learning and Development, Operations, and Hiring teams. Coordinate with external service providers as needed. Build strong, trusting relationships across functions and levels. Ensure new hires meet system access requirements, including opening I.T. tickets. Support CW1 End-User training on-site to meet access requirements. Deliver US AFR E2E training, including CW1 Search Grid and other process-specific trainings. Provide ongoing training and support to the team in BOG. Incorporate learning objectives, activities, and assessments into all training sessions, ensuring compliance. Gather feedback and test new training techniques and tools to improve effectiveness. Analyze process and policy changes and update training content accordingly. Collaborate with US training & operations teams through meetings and performance calls. Apply best practices to source processes and technologies for continuous learning and process enhancement. Regularly review and update the training plan to meet objectives. Create and update training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and videos. Identify areas for process improvement and develop targeted training programs. Collect feedback on training effectiveness and test new methods to enhance learning. Contribute to coaching and development of team members. Maintain training attendance records in ‘My Talent World’ platform. Skills / Requirements Degree in industrial engineering, international business, or related fields. At least 3 years managing US Air products. Certifications: CargoWise Certified Operator, Professional, and Specialist for Ocean products. Knowledge of adult learning principles and small group dynamics. Proficiency with training management systems, especially My Talent World. Fluent in English (verbal and written). Strong analytical skills. Ability to manage demanding stakeholders. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Experience with large-scale training delivery is preferred.
