By building solid relations with private businesses, financial and productive stakeholders and promoting radical collaboration, we aim to develop business models to expand regenerative cattle ranching and drive positive and large-scale changes in our Orinoco Iconic Landscape. **WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOU**: We are looking for a person with experience in the Orinoco region, preferably living in this region, with knowledge and experience in agricultural value chains with emphasis on the beef value chain, and who can demonstrate experience in the development of business models. The Specialist must have the skills to analyze value chains, work autonomously in the project regions, carry out rapid appraisals, systematize information, produce synthesis reports, and facilitate collaborative workspaces with different stakeholders, establish collaboration and synergies with local actors, ensuring progress on the institutional objectives and deliverables of the project. This professional will be supervised by TNC Colombia's Sustainable Productive Systems Program Leader. - Participate in the strategic planning and execution of the project operation. - Oversee the development and execution of project deliverables, budget, action plans and monitoring processes. - Participate in the selection of contractors and/or staff required to successfully implement the Project. - Supervise and monitor contracts and implementation of work plans with partners, consultants, companies, their suppliers and in general to all actions implemented by the Project. - Support in the management and monitoring of the Project objectives and budget. - Coordinate the activities and objectives of the Project with the regional Future Landscapes team and other countries related to the Project. - Prepare, coordinate, and participate in Project steering and technical committees. - Lead the promotion, dissemination and strengthening of the relationship with actors/companies/producers around the activities promoted by the Project. - To achieve the interest and inclusion of various stakeholders, including private companies, producer and/or farmer associations, partners and local and/or regional government officials in the Project, managing direct relationships with potential allies at the local level. - Lead field activities related to the identification and analysis of value chains, production systems and regenerative/sustainable/circular business models, mainly for the meat supply chain, and secondarily for other value chains such as milk, oil palm and sugar cane. - Provide technical inputs for the development of a regenerative business model for the beef value chain in the Orinoco region. - Support the characterization of elements and principles of a regenerative business model for beef production in the Orinoco region, leading its validation with stakeholders in the Orinoco region. - Contribute to the design of a methodology for the characterization of key populations of Orinoco cattle ranchers and support with the implementation, data collection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative information with a focus on behavioral change and diversity, equity and inclusion. - Promote, strengthen, and accompany dissemination and training activities on the concept of regenerative livestock and agriculture with local stakeholders, companies, technicians, suppliers and producers in general. - Manage, convene, and execute the workshops, consultations or meetings required to advance in the achievement of the Project's goals. - Support the logistics for the development of meetings, field days, workshops, courses, and other events, within the framework of the Project implementation. - Document meetings and other activities developed in the field. - Keep a record of the personalized or group activities carried out within the framework of the operation of the Project with the respective photographic support. - Prepare follow-up and progress reports with relevant information from p
