Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive high-quality deliverables that align with client expectations and enhance user experience. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring that our solutions are scalable, efficient, and sustainable.Key Responsibilities:Develop, test, and deploy software applications using Ruby on Rails and Angular.Implement best practices for code quality, performance, and maintainability.Collaborate on client-side architecture and integration with the back-end.Develop and manage RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless data integration.Create and manage AWS and Lambda Functions for cloud-based solutions.Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of learning.Required Skills and Qualifications:Must-have Skills:Proficiency in Ruby, Rails, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, and AWS.English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.Nice-to-have Skills:Experience with TypeScript for developing robust, scalable front-end applications.Familiarity with Python and Go for potential integration tasks and microservices.Soft Skills & Collaboration:Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Problem-solving mindset and a passion for innovation.At CI&T, we are driven by Collaboration, Innovation & Transformation.
