Electrical Engineer - Battery Management Systems This is a challenging and rewarding role for an Electrical Engineer to develop and implement advanced Battery Management Systems (BMS) for electric vehicles. As a key member of our team, you will design and develop BMS algorithms and hardware to ensure optimal battery performance and safety. - BMS Design: Utilize expertise in electrical engineering to design and develop BMS algorithms and hardware that meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency. - Testing & Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of BMS systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Required Background and Skillset: - Battery Technology: Expertise in battery management systems, including state-of-charge (SOC) and state-of-health (SOH) estimation. - Software Tools: Proficiency in BMS simulation software (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink) and embedded systems development. - Experience: 5+ years of experience in BMS development. - Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
