The Construction Permit Specialist will be responsible for managing and acquiring necessary permits for various construction projects. Responsibilities include preparing and submitting permit documentation, coordinating with regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations, conducting inspections, budgeting, and collaborating with architects and construction teams.
