If you're ready to contribute to a company shaping the future of construction staffing, we'd love to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities**: **Accounts Receivable**: - ** Client Communication**: - Handle cancellation requests by reviewing terms, addressing client concerns, and ensuring adherence to the required notice period. - Communicate effectively with clients regarding outstanding balances, payment deadlines, and contract commitments. - ** Retention Efforts**: - Work with clients to understand challenges or concerns and provide solutions to maintain the relationship. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues that may impact client satisfaction. - ** Contract and Payment Compliance**: - Review client contracts to ensure compliance with terms, including 30-day notices and 12-month commitments. - Follow up on overdue payments or breaches of contract in a professional manner. - Implement strategies to collect outstanding payments while maintaining positive client relationships. - ** Documentation and Reporting**: - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, cancellations, and payment issues in the CRM system. - Provide regular reports to management on client compliance status and resolution outcomes. - ** Collaboration**: - Partner with sales, customer service, and billing teams to ensure a seamless client experience. - Escalate unresolved issues to management with recommendations for resolution. **Client Success**: - ** Onboarding and Training**: - Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand the product or service and know how to use it effectively. - Provide training resources or sessions tailored to client needs. - ** Relationship Management**: - Act as the primary contact for clients, fostering trust and maintaining regular communication. - Proactively address client needs, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty. - ** Retention and Growth**: - Monitor client performance metrics (usage, satisfaction) and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. - Develop and implement strategies to reduce churn and improve retention rates. - ** Client Advocacy**: - Represent the client's feedback within the company, driving improvements in product or service offerings. - Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to address client concerns. **Qualifications**: - ** Experience**: - 2-4 years in client account management, collections, customer service, or a similar role. - ** Skills**: - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities. - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client accounts. - Proficiency in CRM and billing software. - Familiarity with contract enforcement and compliance. - Excellent communication and relationship management skills. - ** Education**: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred). - ** Other**: - Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy. - Comfortable working with sensitive financial and contractual information. **Why Join Contractor Staffing Source?** - Part-Time Position that could move towards a Full-Time Position - Independent contractor.
