Use your 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, AP, and expense coding to meet tight month-end deadlines and support seamless coordination with a dynamic, US-based accounting team. Visit https://bit.ly/EmaptaTrainingCalendar) The Qualifications We Seek Minimum of 2 years of experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks Online and Bill.com Proven experience in accounts payable and expense coding Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills Preferred experience in: 1099 preparation Merchant account reconciliations Your Daily Tasks Accounts Payable & Expense Management: Processing and coding bills/invoices accurately using Bill.com Reconciling and updating invoice payment statuses for off-platform transactions to ensure accurate reflection in QuickBooks Online Coding credit card and bank transactions regularly (daily/weekly) using the QuickBooks Online banking feed Month-End Close Support: Performing monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure balances match statements and transactions are posted correctly Updating and reconciling prepaid expense and fixed asset schedules monthly for completeness Reconciling merchant account/payment processor data (e.g., Shopify, PayPal) to support accurate revenue recognition and expense matching Reconciling advertising spend and other recurring expense accounts as needed About the Client Outsourcing Built for the Speed of Startups Fast-paced startups need more than support—they need synergy.
