About the Role: The EnsembleIQ Audience Development & Strategic Planning Team is responsible for strategic planning that includes developing, driving, engaging and retaining audiences. Reporting to the Senior Director of Audience Development, the Audience Experience and SEO Manager is an integral member of the team, and is primarily responsible for providing comprehensive support for multi-platform campaign execution and search engine optimization analysis and recommendations for all EnsembleIQ brands. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and creativity to optimize digital platforms experiences and drive audience engagement. SEO Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive SEO analysis to identify opportunities for website and content optimization. Analyze and recommend effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Perform keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases. Collaborate and inform best practices and provide recommendations to brand/content teams on optimizing website content, including meta tags, headings, and on-page content, for SEO. Monitor website performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure best SEO practices. Research and advise on technical SEO enhancements, including website structure, site speed, and mobile optimization. Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. Develop and present regular reports on SEO performance and provide insights for improvement. Advise on backlink strategy to increase website authority and credibility. Conduct regular audits to identify and address SEO issues and opportunities. Work closely with web development, content and marketing teams to align SEO strategies with overall business goals. Provide SEO training and guidance to team members and stakeholders. Continuously assess and refine SEO tactics to drive sustainable organic growth. Platform Campaign Execution and Management: Design, create, and deliver high performing user engagement and acquisition experiences, ensuring consumer-centricity. Partner with Audience Development Managers and EnsembleIQ department leads to identify opportunities and assist in the development and execution of platform marketing campaigns for engagement and audience growth across internal and external channels (emails, newsletters, websites, partners, organic/paid social, SMS, etc.) Collaborate with Audience Development Managers and EnsembleIQ team leads to define project scope, expectations, deliverables and deadlines. Measure, track and analyze campaign performance and identify trends in audience behavior and opportunities to continuously optimize for growth - compiling metrics and creating reports to communicate and present to key stakeholders. Provide progress reports to stakeholders. Advise on ad, landing page and form design specs for platform requirements. Monitor branding and campaign development for cohesion across brands and channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and optimize platform performance. Conduct thorough testing of platform projects for seamless execution and optimal user experience. Create and maintain documentation related to platform processes, procedures, and guidelines. Monitor and troubleshoot platform issues, escalating as needed to technical support or development teams. Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on platform use and best practices. 3 - 5 years of marketing experience in audience marketing or audience growth and SEO Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience Solid understanding of SEO, web analytics, social media channels and paid digital marketing platforms Experience with marketing data and ESPs, preferably Marketo Should be proficient in using a variety of systems and tools to effectively manage search engine optimization campaigns (Google Analytics, SEO platforms such as Moz, SEMrush, Content Optimization Tools such asYoast SEO or Surfer SEO) Proven ability to interpret and leverage data in successful marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions (A/B testing, benchmarketing, etc.) Curious, likes to learn new things, delve into problems and recommend solutions Excellent prioritization and organizational skills Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and efficiently in a fast-paced matrixed environment Previous B2B media/publishing experience preferred Proficiency in English EnsembleIQ is an equal opportunity employer and committed to diversity and inclusion.
