Responsibilities: As Senior Finance Analyst, CGO(Chief Growth Officer) Finance – BLACK+DECKER Brand, you’ll be partof the BLACK+DECKER Finance team with the responsibility forproviding financial leadership and decision support to our CategoryManagement and Product Management Teams while managing the totalglobal BLACK+DECKER Brand P&L.; This opportunity reportsdirectly to the Finance Director, Black & Decker. Otherhighlights include: - Support the execution around the strategy ofour BLACK+DECKER team including category analysis, portfolioanalysis, global marketing, new product development, and entry intonew markets. - Define the appropriate focus areas and portfoliofamilies (i.e. geography, customer, brand, market share, margin,etc.) specific to the Tools & Outdoor industry, drivingportfolio growth and margin expansion. - Maintain a new productroadmap funnel that achieves the strategic goals of theBLACK+DECKER Brand – focusing on Global Revitalization – whilemaintaining the proper capital and cost results. - Develop andmaintain strong collaborative partnerships across all facets of theorganization (i.e. Commercial, Marketing, Engineering, Operations,Finance, etc.) – driving process enhancement and leading to fullglobal P&L; excellence within the BLACK+DECKER Brand. - Evaluatefinancial potential of New Product Development (NPD) programs using Return on Capital (ROC) models. Review key NPD metrics –IRR, NPV,and Payback. - Drive process improvements to improve efficiency andeffectiveness of the finance function. Qualifications: - BS in Accounting, Finance or Economics with strong analytical skills. -2+ years of finance or business-related experience. - Stronganalytical and quantitative skills, interpersonal effectiveness,and leadership. - Strong problem solving, business casedevelopment, and communication skills. - High business acumen andincreased collaboration with both cross-functional and businessleaders. - Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, knowledge of Hyperion HFM and SAP or their equivalent.
