Job Objective: Support the implementation, monitoring, andimprovement of health and safety (H&S;) systems, ensuringcompliance with regulations, company policies, and best practicesto foster a safe and healthy work environment. MainResponsibilities: 1. Assist in implementing and maintaining theorganization’s H&S; management system in alignment with legaland organizational standards. 2. Collect, analyze, and reporthealth and safety performance indicators, including incident andaccident trends. 3. Conduct workplace risk assessments andinspections to identify potential hazards and recommend preventivemeasures. 4. Analyze the absenteeism month over month. 5. Supportthe development and delivery of H&S; training programs andawareness campaigns for employees. 6. Maintain accuratedocumentation related to H&S; policies, procedures, andcompliance audits. 7. Assist in the investigation of workplaceincidents, identifying root causes, and contributing to thedevelopment of corrective and preventive action plans. 8. Collaborate with the H&S; Leader to ensure timely reporting andcommunication with internal and external stakeholders, includingregulatory agencies. 9. Monitor and support the proper use ofpersonal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safetyprotocols across the organization. 10. Stay up-to-date withrelevant laws, standards, and best practices in occupational healthand safety. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in OccupationalHealth and Safety, Nursing, Industrial Engineering, or a relatedfield. 2. Valid occupational health and safety license (mandatory).3. At least 2 years of experience in a health and safety role,preferably in a BPO or service-oriented industry. 4. Knowledge ofnational and international H&S; standards and regulations. 5. Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI). 6. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Softskills: 1. Attention to detail and analytical thinking. 2.
