Junior Creative Designer We are looking for a talented and ambitious Junior Creative Designer to join our team as a key member of our design department. As a Junior Creative Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating designs and animations that capture the attention of our audience. The ideal candidate has experience in creating digital graphics and visuals, producing multiple iterations for social media, animation, and video assets. - Collaborate with Art Directors and Creative Directors to execute design projects, including animation and video editing for social platforms. - Create high-quality digital assets, sometimes utilizing imagery from existing databases and sometimes requiring original graphics/production/shoots. - Work in a variety of styles across different brands and closely follow brand/style guidelines and production specs. - Bring a high level of craft and polish to all designs. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and collaborative team player who is passionate about storytelling through various formats. They should be a self-starter, proactive, and willing to participate in new business opportunities. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 4+ years of experience working in a design/creative capacity. - Experience working on CPG brands. - An eye for type, layouts, and what works well visually. - A portfolio showcasing thoughtful, versatile, and contemporary designs, preferably for well-known brands. - Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and a working knowledge of other software like Cinema 4D, Blender, Premiere, Sketch, and PowerPoint. - Knowledge of content performance across different channels. - Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills. - A 'maker' mentality and a commitment to continuous learning and skill improvement. - Great attention to detail and confidence in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
