Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Process Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely execution of complex procurement activities within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities, leading cross-functional problem resolution, and providing guidance to junior team members. You will also be expected to manage and resolve queries and issues raised by vendors and internal stakeholders in a professional and solution-oriented manner. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of procurement processes, including the processing and approval of vendor invoices, managing payment proposals and runs, and conducting analysis of On-Time Payments (OTP) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. You will work closely with various teams, including IT, Compliance, and Sourcing, to ensure alignment with procurement strategies and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Required Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - 5+ years of relevant work experience or combination of work experience and advanced education. - Advanced education is a plus. - Experience in accounts payable and procurement preferred. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to lead digital adoption and support continuous process improvements.
