What You Will Do Overall Manage all phases of the client proposal lifecycle, including technical calls, requirement gathering, team definitions, roles and responsibilities, proposal creation and presentation, budget and margin calculations. Ensure proposals and follow-ups are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management. Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. Identify and address delivery issues proactively before client exposure. Communicate team issues and concerns to leadership promptly. Client Ownership Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the proposal process. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met or exceeded. Manage client feedback and resolve issues effectively. Document processes for project handover to Delivery Managers once confirmed. Develop and oversee project estimates, budgets, and financial goals. Monitor project financials, including expenses, revenue, and profitability. Delivery Management Lead proposal management, planning, execution, and delivery. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders. Utilize project management methodologies for successful outcomes. Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues as they arise. Monitor client satisfaction with services and team performance. Manage resources and financials effectively. Handle expectations and escalations. Implement technical excellence, process discipline, and best practices. Remove process bottlenecks and resolve issues efficiently. Must Haves At least 3 years of experience in project/delivery management. Experience managing clients from inception through pre-sales activities. Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and reporting. Experience managing external clients. Proficiency with project management tools. Excellent English communication and leadership skills. Nice to Haves Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or related field. Experience working cross-functionally with developers, managers, and account teams. Proven proposal development and pre-sales management skills. Highly organized with strong planning and prioritization skills. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
