Position Overview: We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Local Service Ads (LSA). The ideal candidate will have experience driving lead generation and local/regional ad campaigns, with a strong focus on ongoing optimizations, performance reporting, and data-driven decision-makingnot just ad creation and launch. Key Responsibilities: - Strategize, launch, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Local Service Ads (LSA) campaigns. - Conduct keyword research and audience targeting using tools like Google Ads and GTM/GA4. - Implement tracking solutions, including conversion tracking, call tracking, and GTM setup. - Provide ongoing performance analysis and reporting, recommending data-driven optimizations. - Troubleshoot and resolve access issues for ad platforms and tracking tools. - Develop and execute strategies for local/regional and lead generation campaigns to maximize ROI. - Collaborate with internal teams to align advertising strategies with overall marketing objectives. Qualifications: - Proven experience in paid search and social media advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LSA). - Strong understanding of Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and conversion tracking. - Experience managing local/regional and lead generation ad campaigns. - Ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance data for optimization. - Fluent in English with strong communication skills. Nice-to-Haves: - CRM experience (e.g., GoHighLevel or similar platforms). - Familiarity with building materials or local services industries. - Experience setting up and managing call-tracking solutions. - Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting account access and tracking issues.
