We're looking for a stellar Junior Recruiter to join our HR team in Medellín, who will play a pivotal role in our continued success. The Role: The Junior Recruiter will be integral to our HR operations, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle. This individual will apply their understanding of human behavior and assessment to identify promising candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to scheduling interviews and extending offers. Utilize various sourcing methods to identify qualified candidates, including online platforms, social media, and networking. Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments, leveraging your understanding of psychological principles to evaluate fit. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth and efficient interview process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS). Assist in developing and implementing creative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of talent. Contribute to projects aimed at improving our recruitment processes and employer branding. Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and other HR team members. Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and initiatives as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Approximately 1 year of experience in a recruitment role, demonstrating a proven track record in sourcing and screening candidates. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Demonstrable self-motivation and ability to take initiative. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. Language Requirement: Proficiency in English (B2-C1 level) is essential for this role.
