Site Leadership Role Improve operational efficiency and drive business performance through strategic leadership. About the Position This leadership role is responsible for identifying and leading value improvement projects to enhance plant performance, promote a lean culture, and support local implementation of global initiatives. Your Key Responsibilities: - Promote and advance the lean culture, principles, and practices across the plant, working closely with local management to create and drive a shared vision. - Initiate and lead cross-functional improvement projects, collaborating with production, process development, manufacturing engineering, and other support functions. - Develop and deliver training programs on lean principles and practices for employees at all levels and departments. - Create, maintain, and refine a comprehensive lean toolkit, including 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, mistake proofing, and line balancing. - Deploy and support corporate lean tools and metrics, ensuring seamless integration and utilization. - Foster cross-functional and inter-site teamwork to achieve shared objectives and maintain a general knowledge of current operational excellence trends and methodologies. - Supervise, mentor, or provide work direction to other members of the industrial engineering team as needed. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. - At least 5 years of experience in a similar role. - Desired skills: Problem-solving, networking, lean tools, IE systems and software, facility layout and design, project management, simulation, and modeling. - PowerBi and OpEx experience are highly desirable.
