Join us. **About the team**: At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time. The Spanish Speaking South America team (3SA) covers the Panlatam business out of Miami, Argentina, Colombia, and 5 more countries in the region through our expansion partner IMS. **About the role**: **Responsibilities**: - Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities - Drive revenue for TikTok by strengthening or opening partnerships across the territory - Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions to all clients - Create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data for respective industries - Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies - Design innovative strategies aligned with client business goals - Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives - Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services - Ensure that our advertising partners receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service - Manage your own pipeline of opportunities to drive business growth - Manage an accurate forecast to identify needs and opportunities of the market **Qualifications**: **Minimum Qualifications**: - Must be willing to work in Bogota, Colombia - Proficient in Spanish and English with writing, communication and interpersonal skills (due to the business requirement in the region) - Experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience. - Experience working with key stakeholders and building relationships - Experience in account management / client services roles (external or internal) - Track record of interpersonal relationship skills across teams - Business objectives understanding from marketing perspective and above **Preferred Qualifications**: - Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals - Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist - Experience in public speaking with different audiences - Experience in digital marketing and understanding of digital platforms ecosystems, lower funnel objectives is a plus - Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying - A team player and collaborator - Previous work with the Peruvian market is a plus TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
