Job Title: Tool Mechanic Total Safety is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Mechanic/Tool Technician to join their team. As a key member, you will be responsible for evaluating and repairing tools to factory specifications and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and repair tool capabilities to ensure optimal performance. - Repair broken tools for each customer efficiently and effectively. - Maintain tools to ensure they are in good working condition. - Perform preventative maintenance on shop tools as scheduled. - Clean and maintain the mechanic work area and tools. - Use proper support equipment PPE at all times. - Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures. Essential Skills and Experience: - Demonstrate problem-solving skills with minimal supervision. - Ability to interpret packing slips and complete tool repair tags accurately. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Commitment to company values, including People, Safety & Wellbeing, Accountability, Responsibility, Empowerment, Honesty, Transparency, and Integrity.
