TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts. **What your background should look like**: **Experience required**: - Experience: Overall experience not less than 6 years as Sales Engineer, managing key accounts, selling electrical products in Distribution Channels, Electrical Contractors and Utilities. **Qualifications & specialist training required**: - Degree: Electrical Engineer - Foreign Language: English proficiency (Speaking and writing) - Potential to grow in the organization in the future Regional Sales Manager. **Skill / aptitude required**: - Proven work experience as Key Account Manager - Solid experience with Salesforce software. - Excellent Negotiation and Written and Verbal Communication Skills (Listening / Speaking) - Friendly behaviour, having power of persuasion and ability to assert himself. - Being willing to travel inland and abroad. - Product and Industry knowledge - Self-motivated and ability to work with mínimal supervision. - Straight forward, personable, active. - Leadership. - Desire to work in a growth-oriented environment. **Competencies**: - Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork
