We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Compliance Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire team's compliance, including compliance with labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR compliance, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities (Include, but are not limited to): Support HR projects focused on improving compliance and organizational efficiency. Gather, compile, and prepare data for requested audits of records to ensure compliance with internal policies. Maintain contact with employees and ensure maintenance of accurate employee records, including but not limited to: background checks, certifications, credentialing and re-validation, licensing, and training documentation. Submit timesheets for training completion in the database. Manage the credentialing process. Send credentialing applications to employees for completion. Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations that impact the organization and advise HR management accordingly. Participate in team meetings and integrate suggestions for the department's betterment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or relevant HR experience is preferred. Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority projects and complete tasks while working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently. Professional presence and demeanor. Skills: Operational abilities: Proficiency in documentation, organization, and tracking skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to multitask. Critical thinking and analytic skills; ability to identify potential solutions; ability to integrate suggestions to improve current compliance workflows. Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills, and an aptitude for following directives. Self-awareness: Interest in self-refinement, and willingness to accept and apply feedback appropriately. Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday from 9:00-5:00 PM. Bonus after 9 months of working here. 7 Days of PTO after a year. Paid extra hours. USD competitive payment.
