We are tech transformation specialists, and we are CI&T. Position: Data Visualization Analyst We are seeking a dedicated Data Visualization Analyst to join our software engineering team. The role involves developing and enhancing a cloud-based dashboard application powered by a globally distributed IoT system. The analyst will own the Tableau environment from a content perspective, serve as a technical resource for data analysts, and collaborate with the Data Platform Engineering team to optimize and secure our self-hosted Tableau environment. Roles and Responsibilities Monitor Tableau Server performance and recommend optimizations Participate in migrating to Tableau Cloud Diagnose and resolve dashboard performance issues Design and implement platform integrations, including data source connections Collaborate with data analysts to build visualizations, dashboards, and reports Work with data analysts and engineers to optimize queries and improve dashboard performance Manage Tableau Sites, Spaces, and Collections Skills and Requirements Advanced proficiency with Tableau Server, Desktop, and Cloud Strong knowledge of Tableau dimensions, measures, and calculations Experience with Snowflake and MSSQL, including query performance Familiarity with Okta, SSO, SAML for Tableau security Experience with Monte Carlo and Tableau Dashboard Integration CI&T is an equal-opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
