Job Title: Automated Process Leader We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead the development and maintenance of automated business processes using tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Python. About the Role: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform suite, with a passion for process improvement and innovation. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions, maintaining and optimizing existing workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into existing systems. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop automated solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Automate. - Maintain and optimize existing Power Automate workflows. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into existing systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated workflows. - Provide training and support to end-users on automation tools and processes. Requirements: - High School Diploma or equivalent. - 3+ years of experience in the PEO industry (preferred). - Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Automate, and Python. - Excellent cross-functional collaboration, analytical, and organizational skills. - Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats. Preferred Qualifications: - Associate degree. - Experience with Power Apps and the broader Power Platform suite.
