Job Overview Plan A Technologies is seeking anexperienced Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation todelivery, ensuring that all initiatives are completed on time, withhigh quality, and within budget. The projects will vary in size andcomplexity, and may involve supporting larger, more complexinitiatives. In this role, you will track progress on keymilestones based on Agile development teams and provide updates tothe project plan. You will implement an established plan andmonitor progress and performance against it. Regular reports willbe prepared to communicate project status both within and beyondthe project team. You will collaborate with product owners toachieve project target milestones and ensure successful delivery tointernal and/or external clients. JOB RESPONSIBILITY - Exercise discretionand independent judgment, developing detailed project plans formanaging the critical path and major milestones for productlaunches and/or complex product deployments. - Responsible forensuring timely and effective delivery of the solution intoproduction. - Communicate effectively and consistently withmanagement and cross-functional business team members. - Administerprojects with a span of influence that typically require workingwith multiple functional areas or small teams or groups, such asTraining, IT, Marketing, etc., within the company. - Guide projectplans that include standard templates but may need simple revisionsto accommodate a minor customization to meet the businessrequirement; project plans are straightforward but may include somenon-routine requirements. - Identify the need for issue escalation;points of escalation are typically with the direct supervisor orwithin the project team. - Direct projects that have some potentialfor scope change, which requires collaboration, negotiation, and/orconflict management with internal and/or external stakeholders. -Ensure all projects are properly and accurately estimated andtimely billed. - Monitor and track the budget; may need to requestassistance to resolve identified variances. - Make minor decisionswhich can lead to minimal consequences to the project’s deliveryschedule. - Maintain and communicate RAID items. - Maintain keysuccess indicators as identified by the PMO and product team.Experience - Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering,Information Technology or related certification and work experiencerequired. - Experience with PMP is required. Project ManagementProfessional (PMP) certification is a plus. - Experience leadingprojects utilizing Agile/Scrum. - Proven track record managingwaterfall projects. - Strong understanding and recent experiencewith dependency-driven projects - Ability to juggle multipleprojects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment. - Ability tocommunicate at all levels of the organization. - Strongunderstanding of formal project management methodologies. -Experience using and reporting on a software development lifecycle.- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellentverbal and written English communication skills. - Initiative anddrive to do great things.
